Welcome to Fight The Couch @ Northgate Trails. This exciting course features a family-friendly 5 km walk/run and a more challenging 8km loop.

Located only ten minutes south of Dauphin, Manitoba, on the Northern slope of Riding Mountain National Park, the Northgate Trails is a 26km system of stacked loop, multi-use trails featuring sections for mountain bikers, hiking, trail running, and areas to gather and take in the scenery of Riding Mountain National Park’s beautiful “North Escarpment.
